Meet the Team
We're Vicky and Julia, friends and collaborators who share a passion for helping people navigate the property buying process into Spain, a country we know well. We met 9 years ago when our children were little and quickly became inseparable. Over the years we've supported each other through family life, work and our own property journeys and that friendship is at the heart of how we work together today. Our aim is to bring that same supportive, practcal and friendly approach to helping others feel confident and well guided when buying property.
Julia Bonet
Hi, I'm Julia Bonet. I'm originally from Barcelona and have been living in the UK since 2013. Having bought and sold property in both Spain and the UK, I understand first-hand how exciting - but also confusing - the process can be, especially when dealing with two different systems and languages.
Alongside my work in property, I have a backlground in project management at a charity in Oxfordshire, where I've spent years coordinating projects and helping people navigate complex processes. I enjoy bringing that same practical supportive approach to helping others make their property journey smoother and more confident.
Victoria King
I'm Vicky, originally from Reading in the UK. I have personal experience buying and selling property both here in the UK and abroad in Kenya which has given me first-hand insight into navigating property purchases in different countries.
I'm fluent in Spanish and love travelling, especially in Spanish-speaking countries. Being comfortable in both languages and cultures helps me connect with people and navigate systems.
Alongside this, I work as a civil servant for the UK government in London. My role involves managing and helping people navigate important processes and I bring that same organised and approachable style to supporting clients through their property journey.
Sophy Cullington
I’m Sophy, originally from Warwickshire in the UK, but now based in Oxfordshire. I have a background in events, education, and project management across arts, publishing and community organisations. For the past year and a half, I’ve worked alongside Julia Bonet for a charity in Oxfordshire, focusing on events and project management. I’ll be assisting with social media and online communications for the business, helping to share listings clearly and effectively while keeping things engaging and easy to navigate.
I enjoy bringing a calm, organised and thoughtful approach to my work, making complex processes feel simple and accessible for clients and audiences alike.
